Overview of the positions The Junior Sales and Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling different types of inbound and outbound telephone and web inquiries. Inbound services include handling telephone and web enquiries about PsychTests assessments and testing services, questions about online testing portal etc. Outbound services include follow-ups with current clients, providing information about new products and services, marketing research, handling customer service related issues for current clients and testing of new features. Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, bona fide self-starters who are organized, goal-oriented and committed to being successful, able to quickly and accurately assess a potential customer's needs, propose and enthusiastically communicate creative solutions and, of course, convert these proposals into sales. Minimum Requirements:Undergraduate degree (preferred fields are: business administration, HR management, psychology or social sciences or related fields)Ability to determine customer needs and suggest creative solutionsExcellent communication skills: articulate, good presentation and basic selling skills---plus good writing skills.
