This role will involve working with customers on the Work Programme who are claiming Employment Support Allowance (ESA). You will be required to support ESA customers into sustainable employment, which will include identifying and addressing customers' individual barriers in relation to health, lifestyle, motivation and resilience. The Job Coach will be supported by using a network of qualified practitioners, internal and external assessment tools and a wider framework of support mechanisms. By using a blended approach to support customers throughout the programme, you will be required to move your caseload into long term sustainable employment.
