Electrical Maintenance Engineer - High End Commercial Offices -Paddington - £36K|
My client is a Expanding Maintenance company who specialise in Building maintenance in Central London. Due to a contract expansion my client is seeking a multi-skilled, electrically bias maintenance technician to join and already establish team. The successful candidate will have city and guilds, NVQ or equivalent in electrical, 17th edition and has a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
My Client is looking for 1 Electrical maintenance engineer to work across a large estate of commercial properties in Paddington housing corporate blue chip clients. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a similar environment and ideally have exposure with dealing with property management agents..
Duties will include all PPM and Reactive maintenance on lighting, changing lamps, ballast, globes, PIR lighting, single and 3 phase, emergency lighting, fire alarm tests, LV, fault finding on panels, small installations, changing belts, filters, fault finding in splits and multi-splits, generator tests, pumps, motors, checks on boilers, escorting sub contractors, permit to works, health and safety, as well as assisting other technicians.
Hours are based on 7-7 Monday to Friday (7am-4pm / 10am-7pm) Alternating weeks with plenty of overtime
* Electrical Qualifications City and guilds, NVQ or equivalent levels 1 or 2 & 3
