Salary- £95,000 -£120,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance + Private healthcare
With an influx of work within Public Sector & Healthcare, they are looking for an experienced Project Director to join their team. A major contractor in the North West is seeking to appoint a Project Director.
This team carries out projects ranging from £40 million-£180 million within Public Sector clients. This role offers exposure to high profile, complex projects. You'll be responsible for driving the team to succeed, managing the project to timescale and liaising with multiple key clients. This exciting and rare opening within the Construction industry offers the opportunity to be an integral park on remarkable work.

The successful candidate will be driven to work on spectacular, complex projects as well as:
*Have proven experience with similar sized projects
*Ability to develop and promote your team
*A portfolio of previous work with public sector clients
*Strong communication skills and be able to communicate with all levels of personnel.
