Associate Director Project Manager

Due to growth and an influx of work, a need for an Associate Project Manager has arisen. This West End firm is undergoing a period of calculated, designed growth. Solid relationships, securing repeat work allows varied work ranging from £5m to £45m, with key clients.
This role lies within Building Surveying and Project Management Services, to commercial property occupiers, developers and owners. This department is cohesive and has a strong, robust relationship with the many other parts of the business- allowing for corporate synergy.
Drive business development, and manage a strong, focused and growing team- join a reputable and highly regarded firm in the West End. This role allows for a clear path for progression, a succession plan is in place for a dynamic, ambitious and driven individual who seems themselves moving up in the ranks.
This role will involve a full PM service across our sectors including commercial, residential, retail, health, education and rail. You will be responsible for helping to grow a diverse and expanding client list.
Help lead development of the team.
Build a portfolio of key client relationships; both internally and externally, founded upon technical expertise and outstanding communication skills.
Management of more junior members of the team
Act as a key client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered
