My client is an extremely well-known restaurant chain with headquarters based in the Central London. A 3 month temporary contract is available to help with general IT support tasks whilst the permanent employee is on secondment. This is the ideal role for a friendly and professional IT apprentice or an IT Engineer with 1-2 years experience who is looking to gain valuable experience within a reputable company.
The following skills are essential:
* Experience of working in an IT service desk environment providing first line support
* Experience of working in a high paced environment and successfully handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Has a customer focused attitude
