A Senior Mosaic Finance Business Analyst is required for 3 months (likely to be extended) based just north of Birmingham.|
The Senior Mosaic Finance Business Analyst will act as lead finance consultant for the Mosaic Finance implementation across Children's and Adults Social Care directorates and will plan and coordinate the requirements of the Finance work-stream working in collaboration with the Programme Implementation Manager and other stakeholders (ICT, Systems, Data Migration, Testing, Training etc. The Senior Mosaic Finance Business Analyst will act as lead workshop facilitator providing knowledge of the system to assist with defining new requirements and capturing them in an appropriate format to aid the development. Obtaining sign-off at every stage of the process and define the 'As Is and To Be' processes for Children's and Adults Finance processes using analysis tools such as Visio to map out processes and update the system build document.
The Senior Mosaic Finance Business Analyst will be require to lead on the documentation and configuration of finance build in Mosaic (setup service structures - care packages, elements and element groups, rates etc) and assign budget codes, cost centres, suppliers and purchasing teams with appropriate security permissions, etc working in collaboration with the team, undertake testing sessions and obtain sign-off of relevant module development and ensure compliance with security and financial standards of council and actively support further finance implementation and case management development in Adults and Children's Services.
Experience/skills required -
Excellent experience of working in a major project environment
Good understanding and experience of working in a social care environment
Experience of business process analysis to effect change within a case management and finance systems (preferably Servelec Corelogic's Mosaic or Framework-i systems) that interfaces with other core systems e.g. CM2000, Oracle etc
Proven track record with a leading role in a case management and finance system implementation (preferably Servelec Corelogic's Mosaic or Framework-I systems)
Good understanding and experience of working in a Finance team and an appreciation of how practice influences finance and budget allocations and the benefits offered by an integrated finance system
Experience of effective team working and stakeholder management with the ability to positively influence others - internal and external partners
Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage workloads to meet tight deadlines
Prince 2 or Agile Project Management (Practitioner)
Mosaic Forms Design and SQL skills will be an advantage
