An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a global organization specialising in business transformation. Our client is looking to recruit an Application Support Analyst to work out of their Norfolk offices.

As an Application Support Analyst you will provide technical support to a variety of departments. You will be required to investigate incidents, analyse and resolve the issue. User support is delivered by phone, face-to-face and remote support.
The ideal candidate should be able to work within a diverse subject content environment, with the ability to manage multiple customers and projects. You should possess strong communication skills and be able to prioritise work.
This is a varied role that will require supporting the 1st line team and contributing to the overall project deliverables.
Monday - Friday
7am-3:30pm, 9am-17:30pm, 10:30am-7pm
