One of Brighton`s largest employers are seeking somebody to provide 1st and 2nd line system help-desk user support and training, together with system management for their portals. This role allows you to plan and prioritise your own range of work activities, whilst achieving the critical deadlines required.
Successful candidates will need to be able to demonstrate work experience in IT systems management including online portals, data analysis and reporting, and user support and training. You must also be able to communicate confidentially, accurately and clearly demonstrate diplomacy when communicating difficult information. The ability to interpret and apply complex regulations and procedures
