A brilliant job opportunity has arisen with a fantastic company, based in Gateshead (close to Newcastle). This company is the country's leader in its' field. A position of an Outbound B2B Sales Advisor has become available within their Gateshead (Northumberland / Newcastle) site with a salary of £17000 + uncapped commission which on average takes you up to around £23000.

There is no shift work - Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (with an aspect of flexi time)

Your New Role

Your new role as an Outbound B2B Sales Advisor, with a salary of £17,000, within a business to business environment will involve contacting customers, explaining the products and benefits, and ultimately booking an appointment with one of the Field Consultants who will get the paperwork signed. There will be warm and cold-calling. As the Outbound Sales Advisor, the cold-calling will be proactively ringing clients in order to get them to buy into your products and services; therefore you will be generating your own sales. There is also an aspect of converting inbound calling customers who have visited their e-commerce website. You will have great product knowledge so that you can proactively sell this fantastic product over the phone and develop New Business opportunities for the company. As a sales driven Outbound B2B Sales Advisor, on a daily basis you will speak to a high volume of Business's, making enquiries into the services of the company, going through fact-finds in order to understand their requirements, and selling and closing business opportunities over the phone. You need to be sales driven, proactive, not afraid to pick up the phone, resilient and have the ability to cold call and sell over the phone.

What You'll Need To Succeed

To succeed, you will need to have relevant experience in an outbound cold calling sales environment. You need to be enthusiastic regarding the bespoke product you are selling over the phone; therefore strong communication skills and a fabulous telephone manner is essential. As part of the proactive sales team, you need to be sales driven and a team player that has the ability to generate your own sales. You need to be not afraid to pick up the phone and be resilient when you get knocked back - this is why a background in cold calling is essential. To be successful, you need to be presentable with the ability to manage your own time and have a motivated, proactive and positive outlook is essential. Relevant experience in this area is essential.
