As a result of recent expansion, an established Chartered Surveyors seeks to recruit a Chartered Surveyor with residential experience.|
Your role as Chartered Surveyor will be home based with occasional visits to the regional office.
You will cover the West Sussex area producing building surveys and home buyers reports.
Your day to day duties will include booking appointments and performing Building Surveys on residential properties across the West Sussex area.
For the Surveys you will produce a detailed inspection and an in depth report on the condition of each property. You will also produce Home Buyers reports/home reports which are more concise.
This role involves booking your own appointments and managing your own workload working on at least one building survey a day.
The successful candidate will be a Chartered Surveyor with Residential experience.
You may have experience working for a company with residential projects who produce building surveys and home buyer reports.
You will be chartered and qualified with either MRICS,FRICS or be either Associate level or APC and looking to make the next step up the career ladder.
The role would suit an individual who is looking to move away from a large corporate organisation or someone who already works for a smaller company who focuses on a quality service.
Established over 14 years ago as Chartered Surveyors they provide a professional service throughout South London, Surrey, Sussex, Kent and parts of Hampshire. They work to RICS guidelines and By-laws, and work with Residential projects with solicitors, financial advisors and the general home buying public.
