Permanent opportunity for a Site Manager with residential new build experience:

Location: Central Kent

The Brief:

Site manager required for exciting opportunity with leading South East Developer. £55 - £60k plus package. Permanent opportunity. Excellent prospects.

Our client is a leading developer operating across the UK, one of the most land rich businesses in the South East. We are currently working with the South East region who are looking to recruit a Site manager for a project based in Mid Kent.

They are looking to employ a Site Manager to deliver a phase of traditional build houses. This is due for handover late next year and you will be assisted by an Assistant Site Manager who is currently on site at initial stages.

Once this is completed there are a number of residential sites across Kent that will require strong Site Management and as a business investing heavily in Kent there are a number of new projects coming through in the next year or two.

Candidates will need experience of residential new build, particularly traditional build projects, but if you have also delivered projects with aspects of R/C frame this will also be helpful.
