Customer Service Repairs Advisor- Social Housing (Temporary 3 Months)
One of our social housing clients are looking for a Customer Service Repairs Advisor to join their team on a temporary 3 month basis in Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey.
This role is working within the repairs/maintenance call centre with our client, call handling on a day-to-day basis, taking calls from residents, contractors and third parties. You will be handling a high volume of calls and assisting residents as best as possible on various repair enquiries. You will also be responsible for maintaining data entry, running reports and general administration inc filing, scanning and photocopying.
Ideally you will have a strong customer service background and be knowledgeable of the social housing sector.
This is a temporary role for 3 months on a Monday-Friday basis, This is working 35 hours per week paying £11.84 GBP per hour.
Please note that our client would like someone in post by the 31st of October 2016.
