A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Principal/Associate Engineer join this boutique specialist Consultancy.
In these hands on roles you will demonstrate a sound knowledge of geotechnical design whilst managing a small team of Engineers involved in other associated areas such as land contamination and remediation.
Your design skills will encompass slope stability analysis, hydro-geological assessments, foundation and substructure design.
Your role will be to provide advice and pragmatic solutions to your Clients on ground-related issues covering a range of projects of which a high proportion are in the energy sector.
Internally you will lead and manage (at Principal level) a small dedicated team of motivated Engineers providing them with direction and advice.
Situated in a marvellous setting in North Yorkshire, easily accessible to potential candidates from the North East, this is a great opportunity to be part of a small but ambitious and energetic team looking to expand and grow the business in blue chip sectors.
Ideally you will be a Chartered Engineer with a Geology or Civil Engineering degree with a post graduate qualification.
You will be adept in your own subject matter of geotechnical design but will show a genuine interest in developing others around you.
