Senior Site Manager / Project Manager|
Salary up to £60,000 (Depending on Experience) + Car Allowance, Bonus, Pension & Health

About the Company:
Our client is a privately-owned residential developer and house builder operating in London and the South East of England for the last 50 years. The group develops a full range of housing from first-time-buyer apartments through to high-specification family homes. Individual developments range from small scale schemes to major regeneration projects encompassing over 800 flats and houses. The majority of units are developed for open market sale, although the group also works closely with housing associations to provide affordable homes. In addition to its own stand-alone activities, our client also operates in partnership with other land owners, developers and finance providers.
About the Role:
Our client are seeking a Manager to take charge of a site as the No.1 for a development of a block of 150 private residential units in East London. The individual must have strong RC frame experience as this development will be over 10 storeys tall. Responsibility will include managing and supporting the site team to produce the highest level of production, safety, construction and customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for a Site Manager progress their career further into a more senior position or an existing PM to join a new construction project at the initial phases and have full operational responsibility of the build programme to completion.
• Must have residential development experience
• At least 5 years within a full Site Management or PM as a No.1 on site
• Wide experience within the house building industry particularly RC frames.
• Industry related business qualification would be highly beneficial
• Strong team management experience
• Experience working on projects from start to finish
• Excellent knowledge of NHBC
• CSCS card (Site Management)
• First Aid
