Our company is currently seeking ‚Äčan Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team! Responsible for the accounts payable management of condominium properties and to provide support to the Property Managers, Board of Directors and Trades.


  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable documents
  • Complete address changes
  • Process stop payments on cheques when required and reissue
  • Coordinate invoice and back-up process in a timely manner to ensure all deadlines are met
  • Distribute payments to suppliers on a timely basis
  • Complete various reconciliations as required (including vendor reconciliations)
  • Assist Property Accountant with monthly and quarterly procedures
  • Ensure appropriate account coding
  • Timely communication with suppliers, managers and internal staff


  • Yardi software experience is a definite asset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • A team player
