WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Work with the marketing leadership team to develop tailored email marketing strategies for differentiated brands
  • Build automated flows, including but not limited to: abandon cart, welcome series, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, reviews, back in stock, etc.
  • Plan and analyze results of A/B tests to further optimize flows, based on industry-leading strategies, prior experience, etc.
  • Collaborate with client to plan and execute regular campaign content schedule
  • Work with designers/developers in a team environment to produce deliverables to meet strict deadlines
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and strategies
  • Tracking and reviewing all campaign metrics on a daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc basis to identify opportunities for optimization

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

  • 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce email marketing; experience with Klaviyo ESP is preferred
  • Experience with email data, list management, segmentation, and campaign management
  • Track record of executing email marketing strategies from the ground up, as well as optimizing strategies for mature brands.
  • Passion to dive into a customer database, to ensure accurate segmentation so the right people are getting the right content at the right time.
  • Experience using GTM for tagging and link tracking is preferred
  • Highly efficient team player, with the ability to also work independently in a fast-paced, fluid environment
  • Proven track record of meeting campaign performance goals
