Job Summary:
  • Manage the corporate health and wellness initiative in collaboration with HR and Management.
  • Conduct and analyze health and wellness assessment data, using industry principles and best practices; communicate findings and make program recommendations for various office locations.
  • Responsible for managing the gym and coordinating various classes and the daily use of it.
  • Manage, new and existing, lunch programs for various office locations in Canada and the US.
  • Coach employees to help them develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle both at, and away from, work.
  • Coordinate "lunch and learn" meetings and educational seminars for employees.
  • Source build relationships with and manage health and wellness vendors, trainers and community partners and follow-up on services rendered.

  • Positive and energetic with a passion for training, coaching and providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to build strong, meaningful and long-lasting partnerships
  • Education & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or collegial level degree in nutrition, physical education, kinesiology or any other related studies.
  • Knowledge and experience in the health care, rehabilitation or fitness industries.
  • Minimum 5 years practical experience in a corporate work environment creating, implementing and promoting health and wellness programs.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English, both orally and written, including the ability to speak in front of groups.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
