As Digital Marketing Coordinator, Communications Administrator, and Executive Assistant to the President, you will be planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and paid search advertising, and also measuring and reporting on the performance of our digital marketing campaigns. Base Salary $65,000 - $85,000 based on qualifications.

PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS

Secondary Wood Manufacturing (Primarily), Stone/Solid-Surface Fabricators, and Composites/Lightweight Panels Businesses

 

THE POSITION

This is a multi-faceted role, including Digital Marketing Coordinator, Communications Adminstrator and Executive Assistant to the President role. You will develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels and assist the President as required.

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain the social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
  • Plan and execute the set-up of automation campaigns and other marketing initiatives to generate net new leads and nurture existing customers
  • Write, review and edit marketing content 
  • Perform in-house sales related duties helping outside sales team.
  • Work closely with the President in an Executive Assistant capacity.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND

  • 3 + years of proven working experience in digital marketing strategy and implementation.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

 

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor degree in marketing or a related field

  

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
  • Strong video marketing skills, including video editing (preferable)
