Our Canadian, Financial Services SaaS client is looking to add to their Project Management team, with a Bilingual (French) Project Manager role.
Search by Division Analyze current business functions and assess requirements needed to provide equivalent or improved functionality. Develop and manage project plans; perform conversion verification; provide documentation and training; provide on-site implementation support; provide on-going customer support. Investigation & Analysis. Software Testing. System Implementation. Customer Relationships/Support.
Qualifications: Knowledge of banking systems, procedures, and policies. Ability to foster and develop productive business relationships internally and across different organizations. Demonstrated history of customer service and commitment to service excellence. Ability to objectively apply banking knowledge and use professional judgment to analyze problems and prioritize competing demands. Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills. Flexibility and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment. Competency with using banking information systems and software, MS Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn other software applications. Project Management as demonstrated through successful acquisition of or substantial progress toward PMP designation.
