  • Have expertise to engage with: GCs, commercial realtors, designers and internal team to stay on project timeline
  • Take a diplomatic approach when conversing with each stakeholder through: phone calls and site visits – push and pull where needed
  • Maintain a proactive communication line between your team, contracts, designers, product dealers and the client
  • Be open and ready to collaborate with your team to improve processes; constantly measure and challenge the status quo
  • Push each stakeholder when needed to ensure projects meet completion, on time and on budget
  • Flex your business acumen: be cognizant of budget and profitability of each project – time is money
  • What makes you qualified:

  • 5+ years of project coordination or project management, as it related to construction (office interiors preferred)
  • Ideally the candidate will come from a design build background, of some capacity
  • Track record to support: entrepreneurial attitudes, ownership, responsibility for each project
  • Ability to push targets at all levels; thick skin and passion for excellence
  • Proven ability to measure and report progress – should be a strong communicator
  • Above average: oral and written skills and detail orientation
  • A desire to be the face of a company – on the project side; collaborate with the sales team and be flexible of varying selling styles
  • Compensation:

  • $60,000 to $80,000 base salary plus completion or profit share to be discussed, once ramped up
  • Car allowance, phone, laptop and expenses
  • Flexibly work schedule to work your territory – will work in the office and onsite as needed; however, this is not a purely outside position
