Delivering a world-class experience begins with hiring a world-class team. As such, the People & Culture Manager is a critical part of recruiting and engaging this team! Key Responsibilities

  • Helping to build and grow a kick-ass team
  • Recruiting and retaining at all levels of our world-class team
  • Plan, develop, and lead the implementation of HR policies and processes
  • Development and administration of HR programs including but not limited to: compensation, benefits, performance management, employee engagement, career development and recognition
  • Ensure organizational compliance with federal and provincial employment laws
  • Not caring that we said “ass” above

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years recruiting for both front-line and senior staff within the Calgary market
  • You have a unique and untraditional take on “HR”
  • A CHRP would add a nice touch
  • Experience building large-scale performance management programs
  • A balanced approach to people management, balancing company objectives and inspiring staff
  • A respectfully assertive personality (may help to keep pace with our founders!)
