Nymi is looking for a Solutions Engineer with experience in post sales and a strong technical background. This role is to be the technical interface between our existing customers and our company, traveling frequently in Europe. The Solutions Engineer understands the business drivers and technical requirements of our customers and is able to provide technical support for Nymi’s innovative technology to satisfy those requirements. The Solutions Engineer communicates effectively and represents our customers within Nymi. Key Responsibilities Designs and deploys a solution architecture using the Nymi Enterprise Edition to meet the needs of the customer at customer sites. Identifies potential architecture roadblocks and provide sample code and applications to help expedite deployment. Communicates and prioritizes effectively to ensure all departments and customers are aligned with appropriate expectations of timelines, status, issues, etc. Provides effective customer support on any issue that arises and help maintain good-customer relationships. Present technical training to all levels of the organization ranging including Executives, Account Managers and Sales Support personnel. Open to frequent travel within Europe and North America. Skills & Experience Minimum of 5 years experience in Post Sales Engineering. Experience in architecting and deploying enterprise-grade security solutions at customer sites, with excellent knowledge of standard IT security practices. An understanding of enterprise identity systems and identity providers (e.g. Active Directory) and authentication technologies in virtualized and non-virtualized enterprise IT environments a must (e.g. Citrix, RDS). Excellent communication skills needed to relay information accurately and succinctly, and position confidently and establish credibility with customers. Strong programming experience with languages such as C++, C#, and Java. Experienced with software development life cycles, with familiarity with test-driven development, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and related techniques. Detail oriented and organized. Strong problem solving skills with an ability to prioritize tasks to move projects forward. Project management experience highly desired. Ability to work collaboratively with internal and client teams, including remotely. What is it like to work at Nymi?
