The company is a prominent participant in the semiconductor sector, serving the well-established markets of White Goods, Home Appliances, and Power Supply. The company is now looking to hire an English and Chinese speaker with expertise in electrical and electronics engineering in this post.Job Requirements: BSc degree or higher in Electrical, Electronic, Semiconductor, or Physics.Outgoing, having excellent communication abilities in both English and Chinese.Has expertise in debugging, analysis, documenting, and reporting.Capable of gaining a thorough grasp of electronic circuits using discrete semiconductors.Has designing or implementation experience in the fields of power supply, home appliances, and other applications.Team player with potential for leadership.A high sense of market knowledge is also required.Working knowledge of technical support and development, preferably in the field of power semiconductors.To a certain extent, must be prepared to travel. Responsibilities Job Responsibilities: Application Investigations and Finding Application Trends.Recognizing client needs and resolving complex application difficulties.Technical training for Global Sales & Marketing employees, dealers, and clients in the region.As needed, serve as the technical authority for the company's Product Engineers, FAEs, Marketing, and others.Technical assistance with competing goods, benchmarking to identify technology and package trends and benefits.Benchmarking applications to assess the influence of product performance on applications and offer feedback to product marketing and R&D colleagues.Establish the implementation concerns for new product concepts in collaboration with product marketing.At each level of the product release process, provide timely and succinct information to the Development Team on the agreed-upon application tests.Determine market trends in particular application markets such as consumer electronics, white goods, air conditioners, solar inverters, and so on.Compile information and insights gathered from client contacts, laboratory work, and competitive benchmarking to suggest new application ideas that result in enhanced performance, cheaper costs, or increased ease of use for our customers.Assist in "focused" customer projects and be accountable for technical queries from customers, sales, and application engineers.Provide important customers with frequent technical training on new applications, new goods, and thrust items.Collective responsibility for the preparation of technical manuals, application notes, and demo boards.Before publishing, assess and amend technical documents from SAEs and Marketing as needed.Shared accountability for comparing our offerings to the competitors.Providing the team with "application-understanding" of market facts.Taking a stand on concerns and developing recommendations to find solutions for applications.Work autonomously and collaborative.
