Your new role
The primary duty of the supplier quality engineer is to review and assess manufacturing procedures. Responsible for supporting the development and implementation of best practice with a focus on defect prevention, reduction in variation and waste and providing for Continuous Improvement. Responsible for assisting the QA Co-Ordinator in ensuring product quality, daily monitoring and reporting of issues within production and supply.

What you'll need to succeed
Demonstrate working knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements. Knowledge of quality management principles, tools and techniques. Will have had experience liaising between the suppliers and the Quality team to ensure production reduces defects. You will need to have strong analytical and statistical skills to thrive in this role.

Education:
* Third level qualification in a related discipline and/or 2 to 5 years' relevant experience
